The company Ruselectronics, which is part of rostec Corporation, has presented at the industrial exhibition “Innoprom-2018” a serial model of domestic rugged notebook-based microprocessor “Elbrus 1C+”.
Model ЕС1866 designed for extreme operating conditions. According to the manufacturer, the laptop can be used by law enforcement agencies for the solution of various management tasks and work with classified information in the field. However, the laptop can be used for peaceful purposes – for solving problems of industry, logistics, agriculture, medical care outside of medical facilities and/or in emergency situations.
The hermetic housing of the laptop is made of heavy-duty aluminum alloy. It is able to withstand vibration, shock, extreme temperatures (from -20 to +55°C), moisture. The modular design allows you to select the processor architecture of the product without changing the design. The computer is equipped with 17-inch screen and has dimensions of 413 x 340 x 80 mm.
As highlighted in the report of Rostec’s holding is ready for serial production of this laptop.
