Sorry Lancia Voyager, jij miste de boot net.
The days of paper brochures and people who are meek to the dealer for their car-information is gone for good. Therefore, it is very important as a brand a lot of buzz to create on blogs and in the sosjaalmediaas. The following models were the best.

Research firm Kantar Media (Uk) looked at all the online stories and blogs from journalists at the IAA this year, did beat, and made a ranking of how often firsts in all the stories/blogs were mentioned. Here came the next top 3 roll-out:

#1 Mercedes S-Class (5,17%)
#2 BMW i3 (5,16%)
#3 BMW i8 (4,9%)

Audi occupied place 4 and 5 with its Sport Quattro concept and the A3 (resp. 4,1 and 4,0 percent). Perhaps it is a bit skewed, because there are of course many different S-Class (S63, S500 plug-in, S-Class Coupe Concept, and the Intelligent Drive) and A3’s (ultra, sedan, e-tron, g-tron, convertible) were, but anyway.

On the social media saw the list as follows:

#1 BMW i8 (3,3%)
#2 Jaguar C-X17 (3,1%)
#3 Audi Sport Quattro concept (2,5%)

The most striking thing about these lists for me: the lack of the Porsche 918 Spyder (4th place social media). That’s what you get apparently, if you have a model for 4 years, 2 months teasert, and actually you production a year in advance presents.
