Employees of Ford have created an electro-gadgets “last mile”

Carmaker Ford has summed up competition “Last mile” (Last Mile Ford Mobility Challenge) to create solutions for mobility in the urban environment, which was conducted among company employees.

The winner was electric platform Carr-E. It allows you to transport people or cargo weighing up to 120 kg, has a range of 22 km, a top speed of 18 km/h and follows a beacon pocket of the owner. As planned, this compact four-wheeled device complements the car and work your way from the Parking to the final destination.



Among the other finalists – folding three-wheeled electric bike TriCiti and elektromreza-eChair wheelchair with function of automatic loading in the car. Bike TriCiti, by the way, you can turn the shopping cart, trolley or Golf buggy.
