Syrena Meluzyna R: super-fast rally-cannon from the eastern bloc

Syrena is a sports car manufacturer from Poland. More than two years ago, the brand with a flashy coachbuild based on the Nissan 370Z. The oostblokkers are back with a cool project, and again, use was made of a Japanese sauce. The Meluzyna R is a new racer from the brand and is powered by the engine of the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X. Good for 400 hp and a 0-100 km/h time in 3.8 seconds.

The Meluzyna R debuted during the Barborka Rally in Poland. In terms of size, you can get the car the best compare with a Volkswagen Beetle. The racer stands on 225/650-18 Pirelli’s and only weighs 1100 kg.

Syrena used the rally is also to draw attention to the new model. The aim is that in 2016 a version for the street in production. The basic version will have a gasoline engine of up to 1.5 litres. Converted, the car will be in basic form 8.250 euro should cost.
