Space module “Progress M-UM” fell into the Pacific Ocean

This was planned. Roskosmos announced that the instrument and assembly compartment of the Progress M-UM cargo module undocked from the ISS Prichal module. According to Roscosmos, the operation began at 02:03 Moscow time. The module left Earth orbit and began to burn up in the atmosphere. Already at 07:30, unburned parts fell into an area called the “space graveyard”, which is located in the South Pacific.

Earlier it became known that scientists from the University of Liverpool would send human muscle cells to the ISS. to analyze the nature of aging, because it is in zero gravity that such processes are triggered.
