Unfortunately, even if you have the money feel burn in your wallet it makes no sense to go to your local Porsche Center to go to this 911 GTS Club Coupe order.

Unless you are in the land of burgers and Tesla’s lives, there will go all 60 copies of this special edition to go. With the in ‘Club Blau’ painted 911 GTS celebrates Porsche the sixtieth anniversary of the Porsche Club of America. And 59 copies can be purchased by, you guessed it, members of that club. Numero 60 will be raffled off to one of the members.

As the base took on Porsche, the 911 GTS with rear-wheel drive, under the blue hood is exactly the same 430 hp strong block as in any other GTS. The differences are mainly in the equipment. The particular blue color we had already briefly mentioned, also gets a nice fat 20-inch rims that are similar in design, subtle hint to the Fuchs-wheels of welleer. Historical authenticity is also the ducktail, which was introduced in the ’70s made on the 911 Carrera RS 2.7. The interior is richly lined with leather, carbon fiber and suede, finished with a subtle red stitching. Of course there are various logo banners on mouldings and instaplijsten included in the price.

The 59 fans that their signature under a contract of sale, are allowed per person 136.060 dollar (approx. 117.500 euros) transfer to Porsche, which the GTS Club Coupe 20.865 dollars more expensive than the regular GTS in USA. A hefty premium so, plus the guarantee that there are 59 others in your kluppie with the exact same car.

In fact, this is not the first Club Coupe is that Porsche made. To the fiftieth anniversary of the club to celebrate were, in 2005, fifty metallic blue 911 Club Coupe’s (then of the 997-model) and in 2012 built Porsche thirteen dark green 911 Club Coupe’s on the basis of the 991 Carrera S to celebrate the first Porsche club sixty years ago, was founded.
