Apple has launched a program for free replacement screen of iPhone X. it is stated on the support page on the Apple website.
According to the manufacturer, it was found that some iPhone X have problems with touchscreen. They are associated with a failure component in the module screen. The consequences of this can manifest as: display or part of the screen not respond to touch or respond with delay; the display responds, despite the fact that touch was not.
In this regard, Apple has decided to launch a program to replace the modules screen for the affected devices free of charge for users. Replacement is made through the Apple stores or authorized service centers. Other models of the iPhone under the replacement program are not covered.
