Users of the new Apple smartphones began to complain of problems with communication and low speed of LTE and Wi-Fi. Recall that the iPhone XS and XS Max began to be sold in the countries of the first wave last Friday 21 September 2018.
Many users have noticed that the difference in cellular connection between the iPhone XS XS Max, and last years iPhone 8 or iPhone X. the new smartphone connection icon displays less “sticks” and the signal is worse than the predecessors, especially in areas with bad cell signal.
Also problems occur with Wi-Fi. The latter, apparently, associated with the defect. Smartphones choose the 2.4 GHz band when there is an opportunity to connect at the faster 5 GHz. As a result, the speed is less than the iPhone 8 or iPhone X.
