Google has updated the platform for smart watches Wear OS formerly known as Android Wear. The platform has received quite a lot of design changes, and new features aimed at improving ease of use.
Navigation menu alerts made easy. A simple swipe upward, for example, display all alerts, and then one push to send a smart response. All this — without leaving the tape alerts. Swiping down gives access to additional shortcuts like Google Pay or “Search phone”.
Voice assistant Google Assistant has become smarter and better fits the context. It can provide useful in a current trip information, like reservation of hotels, flight schedules or weather.
Google Health also updated design and new features. In collaboration with the American Heart Association and the world health organization developed recommendations on the objectives for the activity during the day.
The changes will apply to smart watches Wear with OS since September.
