DICE and Electronic Arts announced the start date of open beta testing of Battlefield V. on September 4, opens early access, and on 6 September the beta will be able to try out all the players on the PC on Origin, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
The open beta includes two maps — “Rotterdam” (“Capture” mode) and “Arctic fjord” (a mode “Capture” and “Large transactions”). Map “Rotterdam” immerses players in the thick of the battle for the streets of the Dutch city, where the internal dynamic of destruction will appear in all its glory.
“Large operations” — this is a new series of Battlefield type multiplayer battles unfolding on several maps and on several modes. Players will engage in epic battles based on real historical events and having the story structure.
Recall that the release of Battlefield V scheduled for October 19, 2018. The action takes place during the Second world war, continuing Battlefield 1, the plot of which occurred during the First world war. While rumors about the exception of the single-player campaign is not confirmed, it has been preserved, the game offers multiple storylines “war stories” from different characters. Premium access is not assumed. The developers specifically note that all players will get the same maps and modes.
