A couple of days ago on the website of the Chinese center for certification of telecommunication equipment TENAA was seen new smartphone Meizu 16 and 16 Plus are not represented by the manufacturer officially. The regulator has just published the photo with a poor description and is now available a detailed description of characteristics.
Meizu 16 Plus
Meizu 16 Plus features a 6.5-inch AMOLED-display with a resolution of Full HD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels), dual-core camera 12+20 MP with 3x zoom and a front camera 20 MP. The hardware basis became a top processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 845, 5 GB RAM and 128 GB of internal flash memory.
Meizu 16
The battery has a capacity of 3570 mAh. Work is performed under 8.1 Android Oreo. TENAA confirmed also integrated in the fingerprint scanner. The smartphone will come in black, silver and blue color options. Dimensions are 160,4 x 78,2 x 7.3 mm and weighs 180 grams.
Meizu 16 got a smaller screen diagonal and a smaller battery capacity — 6-inch AMOLED Full HD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) and a 2950 mAh battery. Processor, memory, camera and screen scanner it will be the same as in the Meizu 16 Plus. Dimensions are 150.5 x 73,2 x 7.3 mm and weighs 156 grams.
The official debut Meizu 16 and 16 Plus are expected on 8 August, the day before the flagship Samsung Galaxy Note 9.
