The announcement of the trendiest supercar from Tesla took place recently, but CEO Elon Musk already says on Twitter about the future of their new cars. According to him, the car which will be out in two years, will only be the base model, the capabilities of which increase over time due to missile technology.
“I must clarify that this is just the basic model. There will be a special package of options, which will raise the machine to the next level,” — wrote in his Twitter Mask.
Many of the projects Mask borrow technology from each other. So, the car company Tesla uses the same innovative welding that is used in the construction of the SpaceX rockets. Probably some of the developments SpaceX is already used or is planned for implementation in production cars.

“Don’t say that the next Roadster will be able to make flights and jumps, but everything can be…” — he turned up the heat the Head of Tesla, and added that all this is just security issues, as missile technologies offer great opportunities to the manufacturer.
The first Roadster from Tesla will be on sale by 2020, will accelerate to a hundred kilometers per hour in 1.9 seconds and can reach a maximum speed of 400 kilometers per hour.
