What is Ford going to do with the name ‘EcoBeast’?

The terminology around the word ‘Eco’ is further rolled out in Ford, it seems.

The switch to EcoBoost engines for Ford money established. The compact blocks are all arranged in the prices of the cases and moreover, as the hotcakes over the counter. But a sporty model to promote with the term EcoBoost, that is synonymous with zúúnigheid still a bit of a squeeze, despite the fact that it is happening at the Focus and the Fiesta ST.

There may soon be changing. Ford has with the United States Patent and Trademark Office namely, the term EcoBeast register. (Screenshot below.)

And that means the start of a new speculatieronde. Go Ford all engines in performance cars indicate with this term? Is it done for a piece of product placement in the sequel of the gangster film Sexy Beast? It is used in the new SVT Raptor, which is next month along with the Focus RS will be presented in Detroit. Who knows, or a good suggestion, it may say.
