Judges of the International criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague a request for the provisional release of the former president of Ivory coast, Laurent Gbagbo, refused. Gbagbo, who is suspected of war crimes, remains in detention because there are “vluchtgevaar”.
Gbagbo’s verdedigingsteam had to provisional release requested, but the judges say that there is not enough “concrete and solid” conditions are, that Gbagbo’s continued presence in the process would ensure.
