And that remains, according to her, preliminary. “The local media are reporting that hurricane Harvey above sea runs and Wednesday again reaches the shore.”
“On the television channels going 24 hours a day about nothing other than hurricane Harvey, and especially about the persistent rain.” Stay at home is and remains the opinion of the authorities, according to Hollaar. “The Coast Guard sail with boats through the flooded neighbourhoods to get people to safety. Many areas of Houston very often that streets was flooded, but now it is so fierce that districts that previously were not affected, was flooded.”
