Virgin resumed space program

Virgin Galactic, the company of Richard Branson for space tourism, will resume soon, test flights with a new spaceship. Branson hopes that by the end of next year, the first paying customers a vluchtje to the space.

Richard Branson has the new plans Thursday announced. The ruimteproject lay still since a fatal crash in 2014.

Virgin Galactic, founded in 2004, was a pioneer in the commercial space. The company is in the last few years, however, surpassed by competitors like SpaceX of Elon Musk, Orbital and Blue Origin.

Virgin will next year also begin with a test for commercial rocket launches for satellites in orbit around the earth.
