By a bomb attack in Kiev on Tuesday, an officer of the Ukrainian military, secret service, died. A passer-by and an older man were according to the authorities injured when an explosive in the car of the officer exploded. The ministry of Defence speaks of a terrorist act.
The bomb in the car exploded at around 08.15 hrs local time on a crossroads in the centre of the Ukrainian capital. The police and the ministry of Defence gave no details about who is behind the attack on the officer, Maksim Sjapoval, would sit.
