UPDATE 00:33 – A boat with 150 people on Sunday, sank in the waters of the Peñol-Guatapé reservoir, in the northwest of Colombia. At least three people have died. Thirty passengers are missing.
Units of army, air force and navy are called out to fire and police to assist. That reported Colombian media.
