Crash tests video game consoles and other electronic devices – it is commonplace. Dropped from a height of consoles like Xbox One and PlayStation 4 — the idea is extremely doubtful. But in the case of the portable consoles – like the trials clearly demonstrate how closely the manufacturer refers to the design and Assembly of their product. Typically, the device dropped from two meters to three, but enthusiasts from the portal UnlockRiver decided to put up some kind of a record and reset the Nintendo Switch with a height of as much as 300 meters.
Any portable console, even if she is the most ergonomic and comfortable, sooner or later slip out of the user’s hands and flies to the floor. Of course, the height of the fall is rarely more than half a meter so tested handheld very modestly. The organizers of the experiment with Nintendo Switch and do not particularly believe that the console will survive a fall from a height of 1000 feet (about 305 meters). It should be noted that Nintendo reacted to the creation of their new portable console seriously. After this fall, it not only crumbled into small pieces (affected exclusively left daikon), but continued working as if nothing had happened.
