For rascals it is usually not a very smart idea to have a Tesla to steal, because big Elon is watching you. Every Tesla keeps in contact with the mothership and has a built-in GPS tracking system that is always turned on. Maybe not so much fun if you are above average concerned about your privacy, but on the other hand, however, as useful as a steelmeneer there with your electric bake off. Many a thief is that way already against the lamp walked.
