MOGADISHU –
The Somali minister of Construction and Infrastructure, Abbas Siraji, on Wednesday near the presidential palace in Mogadishu accidentally killed by veiligheidsofficials. A number of his bodyguards was injured. That made police commissioner Mohamed Hassan known.
According to him, opened the bodyguards of Nur Jimale Farah, the head of the General Court, at a checkpoint opened fire on the car with Siraji in the assumption that there are terrorists standing. In the Somali capital, committing the islamic jihadists of al-Shabaab regularly attacks. That’s why members of the government and high officials alone on the road with heavily-armed escorts.
