Scottish surfer after 30 hours at sea rescued

BELFAST –

A 22-year-old man from Glasgow who was missing after he Sunday morning for the west coast of Scotland was to go surfing, after more than thirty hours in the water to have been located by the coastguard rescued.

A helicopter spotted Matthew Bryce on more than 20 miles from the coast. He was hypothermic, but conscious. According to a spokesman for the coast guard, it was his good clothes, thanks to which he so long in the sea, can endure. He was with a helicopter to a hospital in the Northern Irish capital Belfast.
