Ford GT Prototype
Not looking forward to burning this thing.

Yes, this GT just has a thick V8 with supercharger good for 550 hp. However, it has the Ford a top speed of only 8 km/h. You look not to a production version of the GT, but a special prototype from 2003. This GT, which listens to the name CP-1, was one of the first new GT’s that Ford was about to build.

The concept acted as a showcar and so didn’t have to drive on the public road. Ford chose to make the GT electronic to limit to 8 km/h so that no accidents could happen when there is with the muscle driven would be on a trading floor. In the last few years was the GT on display at the Ford museum.

Because it is a prototype, the car is a special thing. So is the steering wheel from a Ford Windstar and the air bags of a Mustang. 13 employees who were involved in the development of the American have their signature left behind on the prototype, including Carroll Shelby and Bill Ford. The black monster has now the museum is abandoned and will be on the 25th of June to be auctioned.
