Virtual reality – it is a natural stage in the development of modern video games and other digital entertainment. Next year the market will be multiple VR headsets from a major and well known manufacturers. But what if virtual reality will be our drug? What if the line between human life and a fantastic virtual worlds will be diluted so much that people will cease to understand what is more important? This thought decided to highlight in his short film Director Federico Heller.
A short film called “Sinister valley” and shows the viewer a bleak future of humanity in which some people are literally no longer live in reality, fully moving to its virtual substitute. Only in virtual reality, they can afford to be themselves, without regard to the laws, rules and morality. What could be better than to escape from everyday problems in a world where you’re mighty soldiers, destroying monstrous creatures? However, at one point, something can go wrong, and the virtual world of the crackling at the seams, opening one of users horrible truth.
