Hop in the shredder with that thing!
I have been here more often, my dismay was expressed over the fact that you are ordinary passenger cars, vintage 4×4’s and even trucks can be transformed into a motor vehicle with limited speed (MMBS). Although you are only 25 km/h allowed to drive with such a vehicle, that for the law, a forest or a farm tractor, is a B-driving licence not required, no motor vehicle tax due and will lapse to the APK-duty for the vehicle.
In the Frisian Tytsjerksteradiel lived a 17-year-old boy without a B-licence, but with a Mercedes-Benz ML270 CDI. With an empty weight of 1945 kg and with a five cylinder diesel that is good for 169 hp and 370 Nm are not the ideal toy for a teen without a driver’s license, but legally it is. At least, if the boy sticks to the for this category of speed limit of 25 km/h would love it.
And that was so not the case, the boy was by the police, who already have various complaints received about the behaviour of the pupil, lasered at 67 km/h, after which the young driver is also a street hit which on that side not open to motorized traffic. The boy is by the police to stand and a penalty for the speed and for driving in a prohibited direction is received. Because the boy is more than twice the speed limit drove his car seized.
