Porsche calls it the spiritual successor of the 911 R from ’67. We call it the GT3 RS without spoilers and with a manual gearbox.

The six-cylinder engine and crack it eventually to a peak of 323 km/h. Unlike the other elves, was this 911 R only available with a manual gearbox. Standard on the 911 R ceramic brake discs, a mechanical barrier and the enclosing of the rear axle.

Although the GT3 RS not a heavy boy, did Porsche the 911 R still some pounds to eat sweets. With 1370 kg weight of the model 50 kilos less than a GT3 RS. In addition to the body and the missing spoiler is the 911 R can be recognized by its red stripes. Sweating on the circuit is also not a problem. Air conditioning and a radio are missing on the model. Optionally, however, these are still available. There are 991 instances built of the 911 R.
