Somewhat confusing, because the production-ready supercar from Rimac is just called Concept_One.
In 2011, surprised the Croatian Rimac friend and enemy with a 1088 hp concept car. No fat American V8, but four electric motors and a blown battery. This stew the concept Concept_One in 2.8 seconds to the hundred, and he went to a top of 308 km/h. Not that you are with those speeds, the claimed range of 600 km would achieve, but impressive numbers are the well.
In 2012, hung Rimac a price of 980.000 dollars to the Concept_One, but then it became quiet around the elektrosporter. Today know the Croats, however, all the attention to themselves with the production version of the Concept_One. Well, well! A new car manufacturer that not only castles in the air, but also real cars builds. Of course they have to take the new elektrosporter with me to Geneva.
The obligatory round of figures for the Concept_One_Productiemodel: 1.089 hp, 1,600 Nm respectively with the well known electric (so flat) torque curve and one electric motor per wheel. An excellent opportunity for torque vectoring to apply and that does Rimac. See this system as a kind of electronic variation on the conventional mechanical sperdifferentiëlen. It shall, in each case that the 0-100 time a further 0.2 seconds down have managed to get: 2.6 seconds! Also the top speed got an update compared to the concept: lieft 355 kilometers per hour. Someone even questioned the whole elektrogebeuren?
