Router ASUS RT-AC5300 at speeds up to 5334 Mbps released in Russia

ASUS has announced the start of Russian sales of router RT-AC5300 supports Wi-Fi standard (802.11 ac). The manufacturer calls the router “tri-band”, but actually the range of frequencies is used twice, but in three data streams of two channels on 5 GHz and one channel in the 2.4 GHz frequency.



The router uses Broadcom NitroQAM, providing simultaneously speed up to 2167 Mbps in the 5 GHz band and 1000 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz band. Thus, the total network throughput reaches 5334 Mbps.

ASUS RT-AC5300 is equipped with eight external antennas support MIMO (4×4). Router four port Gigabit Ethernet. Moreover, the technology of link aggregation Link Aggregation allows you to combine two channels into one, with speeds up to 2 Gbps when using two Gigabit Ethernet cables. Also, one USB 3.0 port and USB 2.0.
