The netherlands exports massively economical young the cars [updated]

The Dutch car market experienced in recent years a large influx of economical, whether or not electrified models. These cars are not afgereden, but disappear after a year or 4 and masse across the border.
The explanation for this is obvious: no one is going to be fun in an underpowered diesel or hybridegebakje drive, you do that because the business is attractive and you have a low tax pay. In contrast to private ownership that are often sneaked into the country continues to go the business models often young over the border, towards the east. There were a lot of 14% bijtellers used to be exempt from motor vehicle tax, and now no more. All the BlueMotions e.d. so must be dumped, but no one wants them here.
The ministry of Infrastructure and Environment (IenM), TNO research the trends, and came up with a report on the come up. This speaks of “a dichotomy in the levels of car ownership [..]. Diesel cars and other vehicles for the business (sic, ed.) market, are for a large part already at a young age will be exported. The first peak in these exports is located since 2010 in four years, but then the largest part of the business cars still abroad. The other petrol cars in private ownership, which is about 17 years of experience and mainly to be demolished after many different owners in it have driven.“
Ergo: the clean stuff leaves (about half of the hybrids for the sixth year), and the not-so-clean stuff is. That is, incidentally, no reason to panic, as long as there is something still schoners for the exported vehicle in the place ‘greens’ of the fleet. It does mean that the TNO, the government’s tip with respect to the promotion of zuinigerds: it is preferable to fiscal stimulus policies to keep in mind that these categories are not the whole of life to stay in the Netherlands.
Oldtimers
Also casually mentioned that “since the end of 2012, the import of oldtimers wrapped in an export of vintage cars“. We all know how that is.
Finally, an interesting fact: of the almost 10,000 Ampera, Volt and Prius plug-ins are a total of exactly 3 vehicles exported. Logically, the lease must first be completed, that outflow will be somewhere in 2015/2016. Take a look at the following graph, in which the incentive effect of government beautiful comes to the fore. You can see the huge spikes just before each adjustment of the CO2-limits for the tax?

Update: via the mail, we were following the news coverage alerted to a release of Autotelex, which will be provided fuel-efficient cars also more and more in our country to be entered.
Compared to the outflow of hybrid models is increasing import of small, clean, and fuel-efficient cars. In the Top 20 of most imported cars in the first four months of this year 11.161 cars our country has come. The vast majority of cars in the A – and B-segment such as Citroen C1, Toyota Yaris, Fiat 500, Opel Corsa and Volkswagen Polo.
