Christijan Albers misses the 24 hours of Le Mans. The team Lotus has his car still not ready.
It is for Albers not the first time that his autosportplannen not go according to plan, though he will of this late news quite bales. It was a while ago that the former Formula 1-driver has a serious race reed. He did mainly on the public road.
It comes to no surprise that Lotus by the ACO of the final start list for Le Mans has been deleted. The team missed two races of the World Endurance Championship, at Silverstone and Spa-Francorchamps, and still has no homologation for the T129 LMP1 car. To be clear: the car had been on april 20, his first race to drive.
Lotus is still planning thread later this year, but it is unclear whether the Dutchman there still is.
