What engines this Riva Ferrari 32?

Between 1990 and 1992 built Riva -you know, the gorgeous wooden speedboats – 40 copies of the red boats. Under the hood, not 8 or even 12 cylinders…

You would expect that a speedboat with the name Riva Ferrari 32 is powered by a Ferrari engine. That the name of any agreement with that of the Ferrari-powered Lancia Theme 8.32 (32 for the number of valves), it would still be a hint. But unfortunately, in the stern not a V8 or flat 12 from the Testarossa, but a pair of Vulcano 400 V8’and, as usual, at Riva’s. A bit of a cowardly Ferrar-edition so, they did with Lamborghini in many ways it is better. Strong still, even at Ferrari they did it better.

The added value of Ferari should therefore especially in the styling have to be sought. The boat is unmistakably a child of the early ’90s, with the crazy spoiler. Nothing as personal as taste, but personally I find the red not the best color for a boat.
