Porsche 911 (997) with extra set of bulbs

This is perhaps one of the strangest Porsche’s 911 that we were in for a long time have seen. Who gets the the hell in his head for 2 additional floodlights on the nose of his 911 to assemble?

This blue Porsche 997 that was spotted Porsche Centrum Leusden is already equipped with a number of other separate options. So spotting we Fuchs rims, stripes, and a ducktail spoiler.

Would the extra lights on the nose are mounted because the (previous?) the owner of this Porsche wanted to use to rally drive? Or would it be pure and only done to a modern 911 is a retro look? Or perhaps it is just reservelampen for the case the headlights nicked?
