Chevrolet Corvette C7.R let be mocked

The Corvette C7.R racing car is still doctored, but Tommy Milner had the honor to be a moving instance on Lacuna Seca to show off.

The design comes from the regular C7, but by the black-and-white kringels we see that the car is anything but standard. The huge spoiler on his back is already a very noticeable hint, but also the uitgeklopte wielkassen, the kinschuivertje and extra streamlined mirrors. Also, the hump on his nose is larger, but that may be an optical illusion.

What is happening under the hood is still unclear. Is it the new 6,2-liter LT-1 V8 or a 5.5-litre LS7 V8 from the current C6.R GT2? We expect to see in any case baking power. When the C7.R is unveiled is not yet known, but it no more take the psychedelic wrap makes place for the traditional yellow color. (Via Autoblog.com)
