Spotted: the David Brown Speedback GT in Monaco

For fans of beautiful autolijnen stood at the Top Marques event in fine piece of craftsmanship to wait.

The Speedback GT is the first creation from David Brown Automotive, a fairly young coachbuilder who by the way is not related to Sir David Brown, the former owner of Aston Martin. But it still is somewhat confusing to make its sleek, contoured design something that resemble a modern intepretatie of the iconic DB5 from 1963. Though not in so many words said.

The base is a Jaguar XK-R, complete with the 5.0 liter V8 that 510 hp and 625 Nm of supplies. The total length of the car seems to have increased, especially at the back there are inches added in the handmade bodywork.

Or the easy one to buy? Yes, with a planned limited edition of 100 pieces will take some time before David Brown Automotive all orders have completed.
