In the near of Enschede, would be 200,000 gallons of crude oil to the surface are ‘bubbled’ and there is reportedly 500 litres per hour.

Just to be clear, this issue does not take place in the Netherlands, but in Germany, just across the border near Enschede. There are in underground zoutholtes millions of gallons of crude oil saved.
