Manhattan in 24,07 minuten
In 2001 flikte a certain Alex Roy (you know him) a trick in 27 minutes to Manhattan island drive around. Now someone else 3 mins faster in a BMW Z4.

When Alex Roy (you know, Gumball, bald, Team Polizei) this round reed in 2001, spoke very of America of shame: in 27 minutes the island rondracen was unheard of, unwise, and dangerous. But it went as it usually goes with this kind of hype nowadays: people thought it was cool, and in 2010, there suddenly was the group of CBC that same trick in a minute less flikte: 26:03 was the new record.

Until now. A man who himself is Afro Duck call has a video uploaded of his run, which he on August 26, did. He drove in his stock BMW Z4 3.0 2006 a tour around Manhattan (about 42,5 miles) in 24 minutes and seven seconds. A new record, but he takes considerable risks. Overtaking on the right, fast baanwissels, it all seems especially reckless driving. The average speed is about 105 kilometers per hour and that is including a number of minutes still (and again) for six different red lights. If you take that time off gets runs the average speed a bit.

Afro Duck itself is of the opinion that he is always in control, and that speeding is not necessarily reckless or dangerous is, in fact: he runs regularly laps under 24 minutes. We let the judgment be happy to you, check the (4,3 times accelerated) video below and let us know what you find. Irresponsible or must this be? And the devil’s advocate playing: what is a “loop” in the Netherlands lends itself to a similar run?

Thanks to everyone for the tips!
