Teamuitje to Barbados

Amsterdam –

Helen Bilton, the boss of the British company The Group Company, its staff. To the tenth anniversary of the company, from York to celebrate, took Bilton all 32 employees on an all expenses paid holiday in a five star hotel in Barbados.

And that was a different thing than the team incentive to Flamingo Land that the workers in the first instance, was undertaken. Bilton: “First, I wanted the anniversary to celebrate with a big party for customers and suppliers, but then I realized that the people who day in, day out work for the company, the most a treat to earn.”

The staff will be during their vacation, a cruise on a catamaran, go karting, on the Caribbean island safari and also an evening on the beach dining.
