In strandaardtrim provides the new Mercedes-AMG C63 476 hp, but there is so-much-more in the engine. Not only AMG ceo Tobias Moers has hinted, it is also obvious that the 4.0 V8 are going away to the CLS, E-Classes, and other great models that now have a 5.5 V8. Assume that around that time capabilities against the 600 hp tap, neatly, in competition with Audi.

To the extent that is is the engine in the C63 AMG, the AMG GT, and soon also in the G500. DTE Systems picked up a new (W205) C63 AMG, and brought it to 590 hp (+116) and 816 Nm (+166). The result: an improvement of 100-200 intermediate sprint of up to 2.9 seconds. Best fun: the appearance by default, but still an extra punch of power under the hood.

It is one of the first, but many will follow. Do you want the difference in zuigerformaat between the old 6.2 (that is still available in the new AMG GT racer, and is still in the SLS AMG GT3 this weekend at the Ring, it, of course) and the new 4.0, then look here. That is downsizing.
