To reduce CO2 emissions, are the magic words that the Dutch car market seem to rule. Hence, the many (plugin) hybrids on our roads driving around, but that is certainly not the only method of reducing emissions of the greenhouse gas to reduce. Groengas can have the same results.
Groengas has the same chemical properties as natural gas but is produced from organic waste such as cow dung or sludge. Groengas is therefore a sustainable alternative for natural gas. To drive that run on greengas, the actual CO2-emissions (well-to-wheel) approximately 73% lower than when using natural gas.
Audi invited us to take a look at the factory. The Audi A3 g-tron runs, namely run on greengas, and has an average CO2 emissions of 88 g/km. Hence the car also in 2014 in the 14% category of the tax addition.
In our video, we dive into the world of Groengas and we explain what Audi’s view on this. Then you can start next Monday at 16h the driving test with this car and expect (as you are used to). MOVIE!
