Champagne house Moët & Chandon has a fun way to have their bubbles under the name of Dom Pérignon to bring attention. In collaboration with the Aston Martin dealer from Milan was during a wet lunch (gamble) decided to make a Rapide S to equip with a closed drankbakje in the trunk. The leather-clad bucket contains four crystal glass and three bottles of Dom Perignon 1998, besides two obligatory bottle. How “look, I have money!” would you have it?

Aston Martin driving there this month along a number of selected restaurants and resorts in Italy. After this dranktour the Dom Perignon Deuxieme Plénitude Special Package as an option for the Rapide (S), with a likely astronomical price tag. The question is: how hard do you with the 558 horsepower of the Rapide’s railing to get a bottle of bubbles to plop?
