Chrysler met inbouwtank
A handy do-it-zelvert with impure intentions succeeded last night in Ankeveen almost in the local Esso Argos of 1,000 litres of fuel to rob. How? Via a huge storage tank that he is in the back of his people mover was built. Bizarre.

We must say, he earns a few points for inventiveness, but it’s just a plain lambal that to be troubled is to have his own bread to earn, and therefore tries to entrepreneurs to duperen. Zero respect for this kind of people.

According to RTV Noord-Holland, the man was caught red-handed, but only when his zelfbouwtank with a capacity of 1,000 litres (only in the USA do they have a size larger) all almost completely filled. What poses the question of how brainy you are if attendant’re like this you don’t notice*. We know the fill rate of the pump was not there, but it still needs to do more than take a few minutes before you 1,000 litres from the hose squeezed.

The advantage of this system is that if you succeed, immediately a big hit have made, and you are also not as fast innocent people doodrijdt in the Wild West-car chases. The downside is the greater probability of detection and reduced escape possibilities, since you are after a robbery nearly 800 kg of sloshing fluid behind you.

Let’s hope that the man is brainy enough to be a set of stronger springs to fit and the achterbandjes a little harder to pump. Ah, once again it’s another bulk inventory than weed.

*Update 09:30 – after contact with the politiewoordvoerder we can make the following in addition sign in:

In the theft are 2 suspects arrested: a 48-year-old man without a permanent residence, and a 44-year-old Zaandammer. The men were caught red-handed by a passing surveillancewagen. In contrast to what we previously reported turns out to be a unmanned pump (it used to be a manned Esso, which, in some places as such even mentioned, hence the confusion).

The men had likely seen the underground tanks to open, they brought the fuel, not the pump. The type of stolen fuel was not immediately known to the spokesman.
