Victor Muller in de B6 Venator
Victor Muller demanded a proper compensation for blocking the sale of Saab to a Chinese party. This Was the last straw of Spyker?

That the acquisition of Saab by Spyker not a very smart move, was Muller not too long after the purchase in 2010 in the holes. He got the quantity not on the ride and searched in 2011 again to a new owner. That he thought to have found in a Chinese interested, but so far it didn’t.

Muller had a license for the use of the former Saab-owner General Motors and thought that the license to be able to sell to the Chinese party. GM pulled the license on them, because the Americans didn’t want their technology in China would be. The deal failed and Muller was left with a bankrupt car manufacturer.

So he took it that high, because Muller demanded $ 3 billion in damages from GM, because the sale would have been blocked. The court went there before all not agree and continued to appeal that decision. Spyker and Muller don’t count that any damages falls on the Americans.

That is bad news for Spyker, as the Dutch manufacturer is in heavy weather and had a miljardeninjectie to good use. The production is all times silent, eht looks so bad. Or would Muller still pull a rabbit out of his enormous hat?
