Volkswagen Golf R Touch has gesture control

The car of the future may more and more things (themselves), so even if you have a relatively modal VW drive. With the Golf R Touch takes Volkswagen’s an advance on some of the new technologies.

Volkswagen is this year for the first time present at the CES, and has o.a. this 300 horsepower strong study model included. From a distance you might think that it is a Peugeot 308 R, but it is really a Wave.

In the Touch we see the ‘Digital Key’, a smartphone or -watch the car key, so that also others (authorized) to gain access to the car, for example, for maintenance. Also, the Touch gesture control – in good Dutch: handgebaarbediening – with all sorts of features that you can control with hand gestures that are detected by special cameras. Leap motion FTW!
