Roding Roadster R1: homeless German with 450 hp

It is a while ago that the German carmaker in the spotlight. Now they are back with the Roadster R1.
The particular convertibles came for the first time in 2012 at the light. The lightweight car was developed by Roding Automobile, shares much technology with BMW. Also with the new R1, this is no different. So sitting in the back of an optional N54 six-in-line, BMW amongst others, has spooned in the 335i and 1M.
The Roadster R1 will be available in three flavours. If the basis has the two-seater on a M TwinPower Turbo engine with 340 hp and 450 Nm. For whom this is not hot enough, Lam also two spiced variants. The LS 1 variant features the same engine, but with 408 hp and 540 Nm of torque. Good for a top of 300 km/h. The more extreme LS 2 variant just discussed N54 on board. 450 hp, 620 Nm and 310 km/h. These constructions are, in cooperation with the Swiss Daehler Design & Technik GmbH developed. The Roadster 1 weighs 995 kg.
Prices, availability and other options are unfortunately not known. As so often with small car manufacturers these issues are only discussed with the customer.
