The fraud of an examiner that candidates against payment did succeed has fairly far reaching consequences.
Last year was a 62-year-old examiner from Purmerend, the netherlands held on suspicion of large-scale fraud. It was the CBR, namely, noticed that his candidates very often failed, which led to an investigation. What turned out to be: he has possibly hundreds of candidates wrongly, their pink card. Cashier! Because to be seen to succeed was at the babyboomert only between 1000 and 2000 euro’s to tap. That guy ran inside.
The CBR has so far 200 candidates managed to find out that the man have afgereden, where it is suspected that there is fraud. VerkeersPro has the letter in his hands, stating:
“The CBR has the strong suspicion that you are so far away from your residence examination done at bovengenomende examiner, who was working on irregular means to succeed. […] The CBR considers it sufficiently plausible that you, during your examination did not meet the requirements. The statement is incorrectly registered. You bringing the road safety in danger.”
Hoppa. Short shrift to such rijbewijsprutsers. The CBR has the mayors of the respective municipalities and asked for the driving licence invalid. They can also still appeal against the ruling, what fine is if you happen to be at this fraudster have afgereden according to the rules, and now still the dupe to become of his fraudulent past.
The police has already five rijschoolhouders arrested for suspected involvement. They would have deal with the examiner and give him the willing candidates to deliver.
The rijschoolbranche is a little less criminal, but they still have a long way to go.
