Next year, Tesla is planning to launch six important products at once, the release of which it has been postponing for many years. This means that 2025 could be an important year not only for the company itself, but for all of humanity. The fact is that many products, as Tesla itself states, are capable of changing the world forever. Of course, many make such statements when announcing their products, but in this case we are not talking about some startup, but about Elon Musk's company, which has repeatedly proven that it is capable of surprising and contributing to technological progress.

Tesla Semi Electric Truck
Electric cars have long been a part of our lives, but large electric trucks still do not exist. Moreover, many engineers have voiced the opinion that it is generally impossible to create a powerful electric truck. However, Tesla has its own opinion on this matter.
True, the development of the Tesla Semi was not easy. The official presentation of the truck took place back in 2016. Initially, Elon Musk said that the truck would go into production at the end of 2019. Then this date had to be postponed, which we talked about earlier.
Let us remind you that this truck is not only very powerful, but also incredibly fast. Sometimes even passenger cars such as the Tesla Model S and Chevrolet Volt could not keep up with the prototype tractor.
Tesla budget electric car
Tesla cars, although not called “elite”, are quite expensive. For example, the cost of Model 3 starts from about 42,500 euros, and Model Y is even more expensive – from 45,000 euros. Accordingly, not everyone can afford such a car.
To remedy the situation and make Tesla a “people’s” car, the company will release a budget model, which is also expected to appear next year. The start of production is scheduled for the first half of 2025. As the company itself states, “the cars will use aspects of the next-generation platform, as well as aspects of current platforms, and will be able to be produced on the same production lines as the current line of cars.”
Fully autonomous autopilot
A fully autonomous pilot, or more precisely, “Uncontrolled Full Autonomous Driving,” should appear next year. That is, the car will be able to drive completely independently without the participation of the driver. Elon Musk said that he would be shocked if the new version of the FSD system is not ready in 2025.
True, it is worth saying that Elon Musk, starting in 2019, has been promising the appearance of fully unmanned transport “by the end of the year” every year. But recently, the billionaire has become more cautious with his forecasts. Therefore, it is quite possible that this time he really did not overestimate the capabilities of his company.
The CEO also says that Tesla's FSD will be safer than human drivers. Therefore, regulators will approve the system, and it will eventually be included in Tesla cars. However, so far we are only talking about the US.
Will Tesla robotaxis appear on city streets?
Currently, many companies are working on launching mass driverless taxis, including Russian ones, such as Yandex. Obviously, Tesla also wants to occupy its niche in this market. Of course, autonomous taxis can only appear after the release of the new version of Tesla's FSD.
Let us recall that Elon Musk was originally going to launch an autonomous taxi service back in 2020. But these plans were not destined to come true due to the coronavirus, and Tesla cars, as mentioned above, still have not learned to drive on their own. In April 2024, the billionaire announced that the service would be launched within the next few months. But, as we can see, this forecast did not come true either.
New generation Tesla Roadster
We are talking about the new super-powerful and fastest Tesla hypercar. It was first presented back in 2017, but, as is the case with many other projects of the company, was not released. For example, in 2021, Elon Musk said that sales of the roadster will begin in 2023, although with the caveat – “if the company does not face new problems.” Obviously, Tesla still had to face problems.
Recall that the Tesla Roadster is indeed not an “ordinary” sports electric car. It can accelerate to 100 km/h in just 2 seconds. This could make it the fastest accelerating production car in the world. In addition, it will have excellent autonomy – it will be able to travel up to 1000 km on a single charge.
Tesla Optimus robot
Another interesting product from Tesla, which may mark the beginning of the era of humanoid robots. According to the idea, it will be able to replace a person in production, where it will be able to perform any tasks that a person performs. The second version of this robot should go into production by the end of next year.
According to Elon Musk, by that time there will be artificial intelligence that is as good at solving mental problems as a person. From this we can conclude that Tesla Optimus robots will not only be dexterous, but also extremely smart.
Finally, we note that most of these products should appear by the end of 2025. But if their release is really not postponed any more, and they meet the parameters declared by the company, the world will definitely not be the same anymore.
