Pay attention to when and why you eat. We often eat based on our emotional state rather than hunger cues.

Maintain normal levels of hydration. Try to drink 600 ml of water between waking up and finishing breakfast, the same amount before lunch, then before afternoon snack and then throughout the day. Aim to consume at least 2400 ml of fluid per day, at least half of which should be water.

Eat more fiber. The largest amounts of it are found in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds. Most adults should get at least 25 grams of fiber per day.
