Published in the journal Headache: The Journal of Head and Face Pain, a meta-analysis found that working with a psychologist can help with migraine. In this study, Joanne Dudeni, Ph.D. from Macquarie University in Sydney, and colleagues reviewed data from 39 randomized controlled trials (3,155 participants). These trials were associated with both migraine and tension-type headache.
