Scientists studied 88 participants with ADHD of both genders and ages. The study found that 19% of the participants showed symptoms of pathological hoarding. Their average age was 30 years. 81% of the participants also showed similar symptoms, but in a mild form.
The researchers tested the results on a larger group of 220 people. They concluded that attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is associated with Plushkin's disease.
