To do this, scientists analyzed a lot of data, including 13 studies involving more than 1.4 million people. All results were published in the journal Food Science and Nutrition.

It turned out that if you eat more than 50 grams every day processed meat and meat products, it will increase the risk of coronary heart disease by 18 percent.
